pursuit of their housing dreams.

Our Affordable Housing Program offers 126 apartments of safe, decent
 multi-family housing for moderate to low income renters in Larimer County.

Our Renter Program assists families and individuals who are homeless and
renting to identify, secure, and maintain affordable, sustainable housing
 and work toward self-sufficiency.

Our Home Ownership Program offers free Home Buyer Education classes and
one-on-one Pre-Purchase Counseling for first time home buyers;
 Foreclosure Prevention Counseling for homeowners struggling with their
